This a small four channel confocal 3D volume. The four fluorescence channels are, in order, DAPI, Phalloidin-A488, AQP2 and AQP1. The volume contains a crosssection of a glomerulus, vessels and a field of proximal tubules, putative distal convoluted tubules and collecting duct.

This a large four channel confocal 3D volume orginally used to extract labeled nuclei in this publication. The four fluorescence channels are, in order, DAPI, XXXX, YYYY and ZZZZ. The volume contains a broad crosssection of the cortex and outer medulla with glomeruli, vessels, tubules and immune cells.

This nephrectomy tissue was stained and imaged using a protocol developed for the Kidney Precision Medicine Project and published here. The eight fluorescence channels are, in order, Phalloidin-A488, THP, AQP1, MPO, CD68, CD3, Siglec-8, and DAPI.
