-sysinfo opens main window, if ProcessHacker is already running

Brief description of your issue

ProcessHacker.exe -sysinfo
Will run ProcessHacker and open the system information window, but if processhacker.exe is already running, ie tray icons ProcessHacker.exe -sysinfo will open the main window

Steps to reproduce (optional)

cd \path\to\processhacker.exe
ProcessHacker.exe -sysinfo
minimize window
ProcessHacker.exe -sysinfo

Expected behavior (optional)

System information window should be shown

Main window is shown
