I am using 3.2.25011, having it replaced Task Manager. When I press Ctrl+Alt+Esc to invoke it, the main window always shows under the active window, making it inconvenient to use, even I set it always on top. And, any new created child window of SI is shown under the active window.

3.1.24298.0 doesn't have this problem.
