设计器已经停止开发，使用res2go工具替代设计器。因为没有精力去维护这个设计器了，所以选择停止开发。需要旧版本的GoVCL设计器请进群，其它地方暂不提供。 The designer has stopped development and replaced the designer with the res2go tool. Because there is no effort to maintain this designer, so choose to stop development.
