To run tests you must:

  • Edit tcr_misc.py to change SAMPLE_STORAGE where samples are, we maybe will place them on github in different repo later

  • set PYTHONPATH

export PYTHONPATH=$PYTHONPATH:/opt/CAPEv2
python3 -m pytest
