My code is completely open source, and you are free to use it for commercial purposes. However, the pre-trained model files have already been used for my personal commercial purposes, so I cannot provide them for free.

In order the code to be use for commercial purposes it needs to have explicitly defined a LICENSE (Like MIT, Apache, etc). About the pre-train model happy, lets talk about how to purchase it
