不单为纯V4服务呀

现在我遇到的问题是它只监听IPV6的端口，没有监听IPV4的端口，所以就没法通过IPV4访问X-UI面板

一般都能自动识别的

我在3个甲骨文的vps上试过都是一样的结果，只监听IPV6的端口
