I usually run my Windows PC in high contrast mode, and I noticed the Login to Slack dialog box is fixed to white, when I have almost all parts of my screen black, and also a bit too white on the chat screen, it's mostly black though, which is much better than the official client :)
You can test this by choosing high contrast mode in Windows (Start -> Settings -> Ease of Access -> High Contrast in Windows 10)
