queries about dataset and verifying

Hi, I read the paper and I want to run the code on my laptop.
The dataset contains BIRADS-readers' comments on the pic, but the label.csv is not as discribed in the paper. what does it mean by "4A" or "4b" and so on? The last column is "fold" with numbers from 0 to 4 (I guess), is it the level of breast cancer? I want to know its meaning, maybe use it for different kinds of classification.
The paper refer to heatmap, I'm having trouble to get its reference from paper and code here, could you please tell where I could get the heatmap's code? Is it open-sourced?
