Add ability to open a web browser from the terminal

When working in a remote project, running commands like gh pr view -w or aws sso login results in the following error message:

$ gh pr view -w
Opening ... in your browser.
exec: "xdg-open,x-www-browser,www-browser,wslview": executable file not found in $PATH

When using VSCode, this command opens a web browser on the user's localhost, even for remote projects. It's a nice quality of life improvement since the alternative requires manually copy/pasting the link into a browser.
