Dashes in the trajectory #8

Dear Dr @zhangganlin,

I process a grayscale sequence captured in a spacious gym. The resulting trajectory have many dashes as shown below,

The symptom persists in several repeated run of glorie, though the resulting trajectories vary slightly.
What can I do to fix the problem?

I double the resolution by 2*H_out, the dashes disappear.
