目前zvt相关的配置放在，~/zvt-home/config.json,用户可对其进行设置。

插件相关的配置也应该提供一种统一的形式，比如zvt-ccxt放在~/zvt-home/zvt-ccxt，这不是必须的，但zvt应该提供一种方便的实现方式，插件也应尽可能使用这种方式。

在zvt提供相关配置可插件化后，ccxt可把accounts相关的设置放在其中。
