Where to get further annotation of KYCG DBs, e.g. what does metagene "-5" mean?

The KYCG DBs are really helpful and we've now gotten some interesting hits with the metagene database, but I'm not sure how to interpret the number describing the probeset, e.g. -5. Perhaps it represents the number of base pairs from the transcription start site, but it be helpful to confirm before publishing.
