Provides methods for highlighting strings within other strings by wrapping them in HTML.
- When highlighting a string containing Arabic, Syriac, or N'Ko script, the added tags may result in undesired word breaks that change the meaning of the text. This issue is tracked in the following ticket, and will be addressed in a future release: http://yuilibrary.com/projects/yui3/ticket/2529396
