Step 0

Download nmap.exe(SFX file)

Step 1

run nmap.exe in cmd and the nmap directory will be extracted.

Step 2

cd nmap directory,install WinPcap in silent mode
winpcap-nmap-4.13.exe /S

Step 3

Try to run nmap
