Enhancements:

Command output can now be shown as a notification or copied to system clipboard
Commands are now shown in context menu as well

Bugfixes:

Fix adding unwanted files to queue when assigning specific files
Avoid crashing broken NVidia driver (occurred when running VRAM-heavy workload and WiseTagger at the same time)
Updated libwebp dependency with a fix for recently discovered vulnerability

Note: Windows binaries are now linked to Universal C Runtime. Users of Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 should install appropriate updates.
