Fix time comparison

@MatthiasBrantner @wcandillon Hi guys, this is ready for review. This fixes the reported bug, but our implementation is not handling correctly indeterminate comparisons (see: http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema-2/#dateTime @ 3.2.7.4.)

I created a bug for these other issues.
