Getting Started

Prerequisites

  • .NET 8.0 SDK
  • Node.js and npm
  • SQL Server

Installation

  1. Clone the repository:

    git clone https://github.com/yourusername/bugnet-core.git
    
  2. Navigate to the backend directory and restore packages:

    cd bugnet-core/backend
    dotnet restore
    
  3. Set up the database:

    dotnet ef database update
    
  4. Start the backend server:

    dotnet run
    
  5. Navigate to the frontend directory and install dependencies:

    cd ../frontend
    npm install
    
  6. Start the frontend development server:

    npm start
    
  7. Open your browser and visit http://localhost:3000 to access the application.

API Documentation

API documentation is available via Swagger UI. After starting the backend server, visit http://localhost:5000/swagger to explore the API endpoints.
