本项目复刻自Loyalsoldier/goeip，经自定义后仅包含CN的IP的mmdb格式。

与Loyalsoldier版 GeoIP 的区别

中国大陆 IPv4 地址数据采用 misakaio/chnroutes2
中国大陆 IPv6 地址数据采用 gaoyifan/china-operator-ip
