update data, and fix graphs

- filesystem graph now has the following tags:
    --filesystem-home
    --no-filesystem
    --filesystem-host
    --filesystem-xdg
    --filesystem-other
    --persist

- device graph now has the following tags:
    --device-dri
    --no-device
    --device-all
    --device-shm

- audio graph now has the following tags:
    --no-audio
    --only-pulseaudio
    --only-pipewire
    --pipewire-and-pulseaudio

- talk names graph increase to 5 tags per page

- Updated data to include up to 2021-09

index.html / remove filter by count > 0
