VhkArduino - A library with various reoccuring Arduino stuff.

As the description states, this library contains some stuff that keeps
returning in a lot of Arduino projects. Also it will contains a lot of
handy functions that will be very usefull while writing sketches.

At the time of writing it only contains a software implementation of 
timers, but this library will grow with all kinds of features in the
future.
