• Download the latest ROM and recovery files
• Flash the img files in fastboot
• Boot into recovery
• Sideload the ROM zip
• Format data
• Reboot

Dirty Flash (Existing Users):

• Flash the latest ROM zip using above methods
• Don't format data
• Reboot
