Removes support for DMA, atleast temporarily, since it seems to be down with no word on its status.

Closes #35

Hey, thanks for the PR.
I haven't had any time (or motivation, to be honest) to work on d4m.

I've known about this for a long time, and the reason I never fixed it is because I actually intended on bringing Diva Mod Archive back up myself.

I got the blessing from the previous dev, and intended on buying the domain from him, but ultimately just never got around to it.

I'll review your code and see if it's good to merge, though it might conflict with some existing changes I have floating around in the dev branch.

Its working fine on my branch, but I never used DMA to begin with so I'm unsure how it may conflict with existing installations using DMA, so testing is needed to make sure its ok.

Any update on this?

Sorry - it's been a while.
I haven't forgotten about d4m, and I want to pick up the project again.

But as usual, Python has proven to be not a great language for a larger-scale organized project. I'm considered a full rewrite in another language, but have yet to settle on something.

I should have more time here in a few weeks, and plan to sit down and figure out the future of d4m.
