About Me

Hi there ! 👋🏿 I'm Chris, an HR Data Analyst

I have 12 years of experience in data analysis including more the last 5+ years in HR data analysis and data-driven decision making.
I'm passionate about leveraging data to provide insights that improve organizational effectiveness and optimize overall performance.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active by playing basketball and mountain biking. I also like to generate images by AI.

🛠📜 Projects
Here are some of the projects I've worked on :

  • HR Data Generator (data generator to practice calculating HR indicators : turnover, attrition, cost per hire, etc. / Finished project)
  • Job Search Dashboard (Set of metrics and visualizations about the job application process. / Ongoing project)
  • Statistics course applied to HR (Course on how to analyze and interpret data to make informed HR decisions / Finished project)
  • Data Analyst Chart Gallery (Visualize a chart and corresponding code snippets for Altair, Plotly, and Matplotlib. / Ongoing project)

📚 Current Learning
I'm currently learning and experimenting AI/ML. My goal is to leverage AI to unlock deeper insights from HR data.
I'm excited about the potential of these technologies and am eager to apply my learning to real-world projects.
