Draft PR in preparation for meeting.

  • Added setup structure with setup.py (no sys.path.append required)
  • Added environment.yaml file
  • Added .gitignore to avoid accidentially commiting uneccessary files, e.g., __pychache__
  • Added .pre-commit-config.yaml for use with pre-commit: Format code nicely and automatically.
