PocketPlus is an add on that adds hunger, enchanting and weather on your server because PM does not support it yet.
Although very are a few plugins to add hunger and weather, and enchanting, It's limited. PocketPlus has an API based off PocketMines API to allow you to incorperate features into other plugins. It's very useful.
You can download a beta build off the releases tab. Hopefully buy the end of this month.
