1. Added Developing Value Area High and Value Area Low lines.
2. Added support for negative prices in MT5.
3. Fixed some bugs with Developing POC not appearing or appearing in wrong places.
4. Fixed a bug with cTrader version when extra sessions could appear.
5. Changed all input parameters for colors in the cTrader version from string to Color.
