  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines

In this PR I've updated all workflows that failed after initial merge. I went through all other workflows that use setupNode and here's the list of workflows that I'm not 100% if they don't need desktop's node-modules:

• Check e2e test code builds correctly
• Deploy ExpensifyHelp
• E2E Performance Tests (works only on android?)
• Jest Unit Tests (I don’t see any tests in desktop folder. I don’t think storybook needs desktop’s node-modules for smoke test)
• Validate Docs Routes File
  I have no deeper understanding of what the do but at the first glance it seems that they don't need to call npm i in desktop folder.

Additionally I think that in those workflows setupNode step is redundant:

• Create or update deploy checklist
• Post Deploy Comments
• Reassure Performance Tests (This workflow explicitly calls npm install)

• Send Reassure Performance Tests to Graphite (This workflow explicitly calls npm install)
