Semantic segmentation of medical images (MRI, CT, XRay)

In this project the framework for the semantic segmentation of tumor in medical images was developed. Different loss functions, 2D/3D architectures of neural nets,trining strategies were tested. The data used was taken from Medical Decathlon Challenge held in 2018. More details can be found in project report.
