General info

NUIX-Studio is a package for Unity that provides a toolkit for prototyping IoT devices. There are 3 AIoT environments enable in the package:

  • Unity is a game engine, it has plenty of tutorials and is often used by VR researchers;
  • [Visual Studio] is a popular IDE from Microsoft;
  • Oculus Quest / Quest 2 are the latest generation Virtual Reality Headsets made by Facebook. Oculus SDK provides rich functionality for hands and controllers recognition and VR tools;
  • Mixed Reality Toolkit provides components and features to be used by the researchers such as buttons, sliders and other UI elements;
