Fix for files with subsongs

Fix for files with subsongs. On Older Winamps (2.95) the first song with subsongs was displayed as filename only, on new (5.xxx) the first subson was missing only time.

2.1.3.0 conditional playlist tokens

Playlist entries can be build by checking empty tokens and selecting non
empty. Conditions format: %{sn|t|f} - if %sn is empty use %t, if t is
empty use %f.
