Initial pre-release

Requires the .NET 9 runtime to be installed on your system.

No installer yet (it's on the to-do list), just extract it somewhere and run it. I have the app exe pinned to my taskbar so I can launch it quickly along with the game - that's probably the least slow/frustrating way to use this thing for now.

• Automatic OCR from clipboard - use Snipping Tool or capture the game window with Alt+PrintScreen
• Rarity filters - e.g. only show results for tag combinations that guarantee 4★ and above
• Auto-refreshes recruitment data so there's no need to update the app when new recruits are added
