Catena simplifies the deployment and usage of private blockchains on cloud platforms.

It handles:

• Configuration of blockchains
• Adding/removing blockchain nodes
• Secure storage of the node ssh keys
• Dashboards and monitoring
• Connectivity to tools and other blockchains

The blockchain world is moving at a very fast pace. It's difficult to keep up with the constantly changing tools. Changes often break compatibility with other tools. Catena solves this by providing a pre-selected collection of blockchain tools and configuration.

We currently support the following blockchains:

• Ethereum proof-of-work
• Ethereum proof-of-authority
• Planned but not implemented yet: Hyperledger

We currently support deployment on the following cloud providers:

• Openstack
• Azure
• Planned but not implemented yet: AWS
