skyvision is a web interface used for creating computer vision applications using nodes ( called operations )
usage
1.run skyvision_flask.py - this is the main file, and it's responsible for running flask.
2.connect to 127.0.0.1:5000 using your browser of choice, or connect to the external ip adress of the computer running skyvision
