The research project is part of the MSc05 module "cognitive and computational neuroscience" of the psychology masters program from the Goethe-University Frankfurt.

Overview

This repository contains the relevant code, openlab notebook and information regarding the decoding of mental imagery with the use of fMRI data. This project will analyze the following openneuro dataset. The respective paper can be found here.This project can also be found on OSF.

Aim of this project is to decode brain activity from an mental imagery paradigm.

Structure

The theoretical background and derivation of the research question is documented in the content/general_information folder. Information regarding the project status is stored in the content/openlab notebook folder. Exploration and analysis of the dataset can be found in the content/data and content/code folder.

The whole project is also hosted on github pages as an jupyter book. The link to the jupyter book can be found within the About section of this repository. Graphics used for the welcome page of the jupyter book are hosted in the content/static folder.
