Data Access API

To start, you will need Oracle JDK 7+, Maven, PostgreSQL 9.3+, PostgreSQL JDBC, Wildfly 8, Apache 2.2+.

1. Set up PostgreSQL, create role with password
2. Create database from schema.sql
3. Configure standalone.xml
4. Configure Apache to allow ajp and proxy module
