please 'mv /usr/include/libxml2/libxml /usr/include/' to solve incorrect paths.

please use 'gendata.sh' to generate the data.

please use 'compile.sh' to compile the parser.

please use 'plot.py' to measure and plot the figures.

please run all the codes and scripts in their root directory, I haven't make the path robust.
