The program goes as such: Step 1: A cul-de-sac is created with a random number of houses. Step 2: The current state of the neighborhood, including who is currently at which house, is printed. Step 3: The user is asked for two names or house addresses. The first person (or people at that address) will leave their house and visit the second person
