fix(online_only): change condition to add all users who aren't offline

should include all kind of 'online' statuses and not only the online state

feat(options): add online_only, entities prefix support, clickable

- online_only: when set to true, only online users will be shown
- entities: now supports string as value that will be regarded as a
  prefix to find all of steam's entities
- clickable: clicking on an entity will open the 'more_info' popup
