A tool to help check submissions on The Sounds Resource

Dependencies (Ignore if using exe):

pip install mutagen soundfile colorama

Features

• Displays file formats, sample rates, and bitrates
• Finds potential music files (duration longer than one minute)
• Checks if the file extension matches the file format
• Deletes duplicate files
• Deletes garbage files (such as desktop.ini and thumbs.db)

Usage

• Run the *.py or *.exe in the command prompt of your choosing
• Drag and drop the folder containing the sound files you wish to check
• Press enter
