MI-Global settings for jBART

Instructions for Windows users.

1. Download latest Java Runtime Environment (JRE): http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre8-downloads-2133155.html

2. Install JRE.

3. Download latest jBART: https://github.com/BurgerZ/jBART/archive/master.zip

4. Unzip jBART-master folder from this archive to local folder. Avoid using spaces and cyrillic chars in path to jBART.

5. Download this repo: https://github.com/MI-Global/jBART.Settings/archive/master.zip

6. Unzip archive to the same folder with files replacement.

7. Read the file -MI-Global-\readme.1st for further instructions.
