Some prerequisites include a Nvidia GPU with enough GPU memories, Matlab 2020 or later, a multi-core CPU with enough CPU memories.
Use DataProc4HRFLFM.mlapp file for a good start!
This package includes the method of generating hybrid FLFM PSFs for 3D reconstruction. Make sure to get your simulated PSFs and experimental PSFs ready before using the program. Play with the parameters to make sure it works the best for your microscopic system.
