There's two versions of edit;

For "lite" version:
replace ui.css in ..\ChilloutVR\ChilloutVR_Data\StreamingAssets\Cohtml\UIResources\CVRTest\
and Extract Everything from gfx folder to ..\ChilloutVR\ChilloutVR_Data\StreamingAssets\Cohtml\UIResources\CVRTest\gfx\

For "full dive" version:
Replace ui.css in ..\ChilloutVR\ChilloutVR_Data\StreamingAssets\Cohtml\UIResources\CVRTest\,
index.html in ..\ChilloutVR\ChilloutVR_Data\StreamingAssets\Cohtml\UIResources\CVRTest\,
and Extract Everything from ..\gfx\ folder to ..\ChilloutVR\ChilloutVR_Data\StreamingAssets\Cohtml\UIResources\CVRTest\gfx\

You can also replace the HUD icons if you want:
Extract everything from ..\EditHUD\ into ..\ChilloutVR\ChilloutVR_Data\StreamingAssets\Cohtml\UIResources\CVR_HUD\

You also can change background of the Menu and Plank, I do recommend grayscaling pictures first, and changing opacity to like 5%
Background and Plank images can be found in ..\gfx\ as background.png and plank-background.png

You can find CVR dir by opening Steam, Right Clicking onc ChilloutVR, Selecting Manage > Browse Local Files in the Dropdowns.
