Gutted the old setup methods.

Created an entire GUI software to make life easier.
Refactored major parts of the Server software to be simpler to use.
Created a new bootstrapping build_gui.bat file for more easily dealing with the software.
Updated the readme to match.
Added some screenshots.
Added some more bulletproofing to the server for edge cases.
