Migration to waf and support for more platforms

* Fix compilation with clang++.
* Use waf instead of Make.
* Support Mac OSX, FreeBSD, NetBSD, and OpenBSD.
* Provide a formula for Homebrew users, with fftw enabled.

First test release of lossyWAV for POSIX based on 1.4.0

 This release survives basic testing in my devices:
  * Laptop: GNU/Linux (x86_64)
  * Tablet: GNU/Linux chroot (ARMv7l)

 Please, test and report success or any bugs you run into.

lossywav: initial commit from v1.4.0

The obj/ and bin/ directories were deleted.
