Building on musl targets is supported on uutils-coreutils, using the "feat_os_unix_musl" feature, adding it to makeFlags fixes an issue causing uutils build failure on musl targets.
This does not fix existing issues (#355788 and #355803 ) which prevent cross-compiling this package, only the package-specific musl compilation issue.
