No one can know my plans

But honestly I'm only ignoring this file because TODO.md contains my own
personal features/fixes/changes that I'd like to implement. Other users
may wish to contribute additional functionality that I personally have
no plans to implement. I don't want this to be confused or mistaken for
overall support Snip gets.
