Adds the ChinaHat that cheat clients have, but without the cheats!

Most settings are self-explanatory or are explained ingame via tooltip.
For the 'On Others' setting 'Custom' refers to the players added to the list (/chinahat add <player>), and 'Party' is for Hypixel parties.
The Hypixel party thing might not work perfectly, but seems to be pretty good...
