+# Noter_by_PCG_v1.0
+Noter is a *simple* program written in Python programming language by PCG1983 on Github(me).
+This program can basically add and edit notes(.txt files).
+I'm posting its codes in here for you guys just to see how its made and be a help to other programmers,
+and if you like you can even download the program and use it! I might gonna work on more upgrades for it soooooo stay in tune! :)
