This quote means that it is important to take time for careful consideration of a situation before making a decision, but when the time for action has come, it is best to stop worrying and move forward with confidence. This quote is important to me because it helps to remind me to weigh the pros and cons of any decision before taking action, but also to trust my instincts and act with purpose when the time is right.
